Passport to Taiwan 2010: A great segment of us playing a Khmer tune and a nakasi classic “Guitar of the Hot Spring Village” (溫泉鄉的吉他)

Dzian! performed at the Passport to Taiwan 2010 Festival at Union Square in New York City on May 30, 2010. This performance video features “Ali Shan” (阿里山, also known as “Gao Shan Qing” or 高山青 Mandarin Chinese), with special guests Sonia Hsu and Catherine Monnes.

What an amazing event! We had a blast playing at Passport to Taiwan Fest 2010. We want to thank Sonia Hsu (Wendy’s mom), Catherine Monnes, and DJ Hatfield for their special guest performance. Also special thanks for Jack Hsu of the Hsu-nami for coordinating the event program. Taiwanese America rocks!
